Roles We Hire
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs):
Deliver individualized 1:1 therapy sessions, collect accurate data, and collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA to implement effective treatment plans. - Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs):
Conduct assessments, design behavior plans, provide clinical oversight, coach families, and mentor RBTs in best practices and ethical care. - Clinical Support & Admin:
Maintain smooth operations, accurate documentation, and strong family communication that allows clinicians to focus on treatment.
